Shipping Costs:
Eu shipping is free and international shipping costs 4.99€ .

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Time:
Standard delivery usually takes 8-15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship with your local carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we mostly ship to Germany/USA/France. International shipping is available for almost every country.

Damaged or Lost Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 3 days at Ryen.Germany@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
